Chhattisgarh Land Revenue by Act 3 and Artical 4(2) Using the power by President establish Circuit Court in Raipur and Jagdalpur by Notification Number 05/BOR/2002 Dated 09-12-2002 see on page 641.
Revenue Board, has been constituted under Madhya Chhattisgarh. Land Revenue Code 1959. It is the Highest Court of appeal/ revision in revenue cases. In addition to this under other acts like C.G. Excise Act and Indian Stamp Act etc., Revenue Board has been appoint to act as the Chief Revenue Controlling Authority.
